Nope, I do not look good, but I thought he was so cute in this picture.

There is a whole lot of love for our little brother.

They are constantly giving him kisses and make sure that Mom is taking care of him correctly.

My husband has been waiting 8 years to get a son and he is loving it.

The day arrived and Luken is here. I actually went in on Thursday morning to be induced. And just so you know, don't do it if you do not have to. Patience is worth it in most circumstances. But I also have to say that I am glad he was born on Thursday. He was 8 lbs 7 oz and that was definitely big enough for me.

Here he is with his sisters. They were so excited to get to hold him. They have yet to stop being excited about him.

He is darn cute!

He is a very good baby. He eats and sleeps well. He is also very delightful when he is awake.

I am doing well. I think a strained or pulled some of my stomach muscles. It has made moving very challenging the last few days, but that is now getting better. I am very excited for when my body gets back to itself.

We are looking forward to the wonderful life we will have with Luken.

More on Modest Swimwear

Yesterday's suits were ones that I would not choose. I am all for modesty, but at this time, I do not feel I need to wear something along those lines. I respect anyone who feels that is what is appropriate for them and I am glad that there are people out there that provide those types for others that would prefer that style.

Now these are more along the lines of what I would choose for Bailee, but not necessarily myself.

I found a couple of different sites that offered really cute suits that Bailee and I could agree upon. The suits above are from Lime Ricki. The link takes you to the about page, because I was really impressed by the women who started this business.

The site is Diivine ModesTee. They actually are not just a swimwear site. They are boutique that offers a range of modest, but stylish clothing. The swimwear section is called Divinita Sole. This site actually was the one that I found a suit that I liked. I have yet to buy myself a suit though, because I am waiting for this baby to be born.

I am curious what you all think about the swimwear modesty issue.

Modest Swimwear

Summer can be a very challenging time for Bailee and me. One, because I have a very hard time finding a suit that will cover my amble chest. Two, because Bailee is getting to the age that she has a chest and she is a teenager.

We have been looking for Bailee a new swimsuit over the last few days and it has been very challenging. For those of you who do not have teenage daughters, the suits out there are shocking in their lack of cloth. So I did a google search for modest swimwear.

The above suits are some that I found within that search.

More of Brandi's Family

We went to visit Brandi and her girls on Wednesday to see how they were doing. This is Bailee and ShaeLyne. She is another cousin that Bailee loves. She really loves toddlers.

I guess, Becca was giving Brandi a bad time. She could not get her to go to sleep.

Sprinkler Fun

Living up on the Palouse allows for some relief during the summer, but it also means that our warm/hot weather does not arrive as soon as that in the Valley. A fact, at the moment, I really appreciate.

Anyway, here are a few pictures of the girls in the sprinkler. It was finally warm enough for them to do this.

I love the looks on the girls faces those first few times they went through.

Bailee finally joined in. If you look closely, the little girls have shoes on. They are so concerned about bees this was the only way to get them to run through the sprinkler.

Just so you all know, my posts might be sketchy from here on. My due date is June 13th, but I am hoping for sooner. We are taking life very slow right now. We have finished school and there is just not a lot going on right now. I will keep you posted on anything exciting and new, especially a baby.
