Today, I was looking for information regarding freezer jam and I found this website. When I went to the most recent post, I found information on Lacto-Fermentation. It is what they use to do when canning the way we do was not an option. I found it incredibly interesting and might try it this year, since I do not have all that I need for canning by boiling.
